Kara Tointon blew our minds at the 2012 Laurence Olivier Awards which was held at The Royal Opera House in London on April 15. The pretty brunette looked like an elegant, stylish heartbreaker from top to toe.
Kara was wearing a gorgeous, sleeveless tea-length dress with a high neck, scooped-out back and a slit on the skirt at the back. The visually-stimulating number was basically black sequins over nude fabric. The sequins were stitched on in a scallop design that borders on a work of art. It draws your eye immediately and you can’t stop looking at it.
She accessorized this dress with a black box clutch purse, black earrings, a silver bracelet and nude peep-toe pumps.
Her hair and makeup were magnificently old Hollywood. Her short brown hair was done in Marcel waves giving her a bit of a retro feel.
She finished her look with dramatic makeup – dark eyes, false eye lashes and maroon lipstick.
