Facial Exercises

- Pull your eyebrows up and then down for at least 5-6 times. This exercise is meant to keep the skin under the eyebrows well toned.
- Chew a gum for 15-20 minutes only, lest it causes head aches. Doing this keeps the muscles of your entire face tight and well toned.
- Stretch your lips in a smiling face position, hold them for a few seconds and then release them. This works well for toning your cheek muscles.
- Put your index finger and middle finger above the eyebrows and move them up and down. Doing this relieves your forehead muscles.
