Singer Cheryl Cole smartly chose the 65th Annual Cannes Film Festival to showcase her hot figure in a fabulous gown. There’s so much space on the red carpet in Cannes that it is the best place to show off an elaborate or flamboyant ensemble, especially one with a train. As she attended the premiere of “Amour” at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France on May 20, Cheryl wore a couture gown that embodies all those qualities.
What she wore:
White and red gown by Stephane Rolland
Borrowed from Stephane Rolland’s Spring 2012 Collection, Cheryl’s dress featured cap sleeves, a square-cut low back line, and a fitted white bodice which flowed down into a large, dramatic train made of fiery red ostrich feathers. The point of transition into the train was embellished with red sequins.
She accessorized the outfit with a ruby and diamond bracelet, matching earrings and a diamond cocktail ring by David Morris, plus a luxury red clutch purse by VBH.
For obvious reasons, we have no idea what kind of shoes she wore.
Hair and Makeup:
Voluminous hair, dark eyes, pink lips
She stuck to her signature style – long brown hair styled voluminously and left loose, swept over one shoulder for drama and flair. Bright red nails complemented the other red accents of her ensemble and the beauty finished off with darkly-lined eyes, bronzer and subtle pink lips.
