A design company is suing Sharon Osbourne for allegedly going back on a jewelry deal at the last minute.
The executives at Lucas Design International claim that the rock matriarch approached them last year to create a line of products which she could sell on the Home Shopping Network. The bosses are now seeking damages on the grounds that she pulled out at the last minute after a legal oral agreement.
However, Osbourne’s rep insists that the claims have no credit, saying that no oral agreement was breached since no agreement was made in the first place. The rep went on to confirm that while Osbourne did in fact have discussions with Lucas Designs to create a new jewelry line, the pieces that were submitted by them were not up to the mark so Sharon chose to move on.
