Billy Ray Cyrus is seeking joint custody of his three minor kids, including teen pop sensation, Miley Cyrus. Ray, who recently ended his 17 year long marriage to Tish Cyrus citing irreconcilable differences, has vowed to play an active part in the upbringing of his kids.
The couple has three kids together, Miley, 17, Braison, 16 and Noah, 10. In addition, they have three other adult children from previous relationships.
