Moviemaker Michael Bay demands “a sincere public apology” from Joshua Stewart and Paul Klimczak. The two men have filed a lawsuit against the Transformer director claiming that Michael’s security guard hit them over the head with a handgun that rendered them unconscious outside Kiss nightclub in Hollywood in August 2008.
However, Marty Singer, Michael’s attorney, has slammed the allegations, saying that Michael never had a personal bodyguard and he was not even present at the club where the incident took place.
A legal letter has been sent to the two men demanding an apology and case dismissal.
