- While you loop your rubber band for the last time (for the pony tail), only you’re your hair halfway.
- Your hair should have created a loop secured with the rubber band. Pull it gently to spread wide.
- Use a mix of small flowers and ribbons or use an artificial arrangement from the market. Pin it now near the base of the ponytail.
- Pull the tail end of hair and wrap around the base of the ponytail hiding the rubber band and the flower arrangement slightly. Secure with bobby pins and hair pins.

- For a high French braid take a section of your hair from the top of the head and divide it in three.
- Cross in a way that the right section becomes the left, the middle the right and the left becomes the middle.
- Add some hair to the new right strand and cross it over the middle strand. Next add hair to the new left strand and cross it over the middle.
- Continue, until there is no more hair to add. Using bobby pins, secure crotchet and satin ribbons at this point and add them to either of the sections.
- Braid the rest of the hair normally with the ribbons and tie at the end.
- Using Hair pins fix 3-4 pink roses in your braid, depending on the length. Also add one more towards the top of the head, a little off centre.

- Take a section of hair at the top of your head and divide in three and begin French braiding from the right strand till you reach your ear.
- Now you should have French braided your left strand (now center). Drop the right strand and let it fall down and forget about that one.
- Pick up hair adjacent from the fallen right strand and that will be your new right strand.
- Repeat the process of French braiding the left strand and dropping the right one and picking an adjacent new strand till you reach way to other side of the head. Secure with bobby pins for now.
- Now go back to where you started, pick up a fresh section from near your ear and repeat all the steps.
- Take the double waterfall braids and tie them on the side as a bun or continue it further as a French braid falling on the side.
- Affix a red rose with the help of hair pins on cascading side of these waterfall braids.
