Singer Saapna Mukerji had a lifelong dream of having her own music show. She was recently able to fulfill that dream, and she wanted to celebrate her joy with friends and family at an exclusive invite-only party ‘Sound of the Soul’ that she threw at Mabruk Restaurant in Mumbai.
The lavish do was attended by various Bollywood celebs. Bollywood actor Fardeen Khan and Laila Furniturewala made an appearance at the event, as did Shaan Mukerji, Rahul Vaidya, Salim Merchant and Bollywood actor Govinda.
There were live performances and dances to liven up the evening, the latter choreographed by Shiamak Davar. During one of the numbers, the stage was set on fire with 40 dancers nimbly cavorting around it.
The evening was a huge success in terms of fun, celeb footfall, entertainment and general bonhomie.
